The 2017 Die Casting Congress & Tabletop will be held September 18-20, 2017, at the Atlanta Convention Center at the AmericasMart in Atlanta, GA. This three day event will feature more than 100 exhibitors ready to highlight their latest and greatest products and technology. Over 30 Congress presentations will be given by experts from around the world on topics such as computer modeling, process engineering, advanced technology, additive manufacturing and a special Global Trends spotlight session, just to name a few. These presentations will expose metalcasters to the latest technology, ongoing research and successful management tools that will assist companies in enhancing their competitiveness.

Winners of the International Die Casting Design Competition will be on display and honored as well as the Die Casting Industry Award winners. August 11, 2017 – NADCA Golf Discounts Expire. Join us for our annual NADCA Chapter 30 golf tournament 8/25/17. California’s two largest metal casting chapters are coming together once again for a day of golf and networking. Over 135 industry professionals and suppliers participated last year. Join us in Chino Hills for this exciting event.

– Shotgun Start Promptly @ 8:00 AM

– Lunch and Raffle @ 12:30 PM

– Event Concludes @ 3:00 PM

Save $50/person with “Early Bird” registration if you sign-up before August 11th. Registration includes green fees, range balls, cart, breakfast, snacks, lunch, give-away and door prize raffle ticket. Groups that register more than one foursome will receive a bonus chance at prizes. The four-person, best ball, scramble-style tournament will be limited to 144 players. Fun and Prizes: $5,000 putting contest; $10,000 hole-in-one chance; long-drive challenge; and plaques for event-day challenges and tournament winners. Hello Kineticdc Update to Die Casting Zinc,

{New Post} LAPD Car Show

August 19, 2017 Los Angeles Police Department Mission Division Car Show and Open House, location is at 11121 Sepulveda Blvd. Mission Hills CA 91345. The event time is from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. LAPD Specialized police units will display and showcase their equipment. There will be organized police station tours. Food and concessions will be available throughout the day. No alcohol is permitted. Food, fun and fanfare for the entire family. The cost is $25.00 for preregistration and $35.00 at the door.
